Pylypow Industrial Park
Pylypow Industrial Park is a new 260 ha industrial subdivision located in the southeast industrial area of Edmonton. Focus was hired to prepare a number of studies to support this development and to detail the proposed servicing and suitability of development in the area. Focus prepared the Neighbourhood Design Report and Water Network Analysis and, as the prime consultant, coordinated the work of specialty sub-consultants to prepare a Hydrogeotechnical Impact Assessment, a Natural Site Assessment and a Transportation Impact Assessment.
The Neighbourhood Design Report detailed the overall sanitary and storm servicing, and stormwater management requirements, for approval by the City of Edmonton. As part of this report, we conducted stormwater management modeling, as well as hydraulic network modeling of the water distribution system.
Focus also prepared cost estimates for cost-sharable infrastructure, such as the sanitary and storm trunk sewers and the stormwater management facilities.
