Focus provided project management, conceptual design, detailed design and construction management services for the Peatt Road and Phipps Avenue Connector in Langford, British Columbia.
This award-winning intersection improvement project was identified as the number one priority in the West Shore Transportation Plan. It is intended to enhance traffic circulation, consolidate the Langford downtown core and relieve north-south congestion within the West Shore. The intersection improvement included an eight bay BC Transit exchange, along with provisions for connection with the E&N rail trail (pedestrian and cyclist connectivity) and future railway lines.
