Consumers’ Co-operative Refineries Ltd. turned to Focus for surveying services when they sought to increase their totally integrated 100,000 bbls/day crude oil processing capacity to 145,000 bbls/day.
Focus provided preliminary topographical surveys and precise survey control monuments, as well as construction layout and as-built surveys.
In dollar terms, this $1.9 billion project is the largest capital project in Regina’s history. When complete in 2012, the project will be a culmination of six million person hours or 3,000 person years of labour.
