Focus is providing engineering and survey services to Melcor Developments Ltd. for Bridgeport Community, an exclusive 260 acre residential development in Leduc, Alberta.
Focus completed the initial planning for this multi-phased development, which was later amended to include a 60 acre regional shopping complex known as Leduc Common. Major tenants will include Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire and Rona. The project also includes a large central park, a major stormwater facility and two bridge crossings. Total construction is valued at more than $40 million.
