Focus’ Landscape Architecture team provided landscape design and construction services for Stage 3 of the Southfork subdivision in Leduc, AB.
This premier development, which offers an extensive range of classy contemporary heritage homes, features many exciting landscape enhancements, including two parks with playgrounds and toboggan hills, trails, site amenities, a naturalized stormwater management facility, entry features and boulevard landscaping. Multi-use trails throughout the stormwater management facility connect to lush greenways that lead to the parks. Local kids and families enjoy the south park’s basketball court/ice rink year-round. The streetscape and contemporary entry features enhance the overall aesthetics of this modern subdivision and contribute to its welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Focus’ Landscape Architecture team was responsible for the community’s landscape design and the project management of its installation, including sourcing of suppliers and contractors, construction drawings and construction management.
