Focus provided civil engineering and 3D visualization services to Sun Rivers, for future phases of this master planned golf resort community, which is being built in cooperation with the Tk’emlúps Indian Band.
Sun Rivers, which is within the boundaries of the Tk’emlúps Indian Band lands, provides a broad mix of building types and tenures, ranging from large single family homes to townhomes and condominiums, to commercial and professional space.
At build‐out, Sun Rivers will feature 2,000 units, a resort hotel, village centre and community amenities overlooking picturesque Kamloops and the Thompson Rivers.
The Focus project team took an integrated approach, coupling their planning and engineering expertise with the latest technology in 3D design and visualization. Using these industry leading technologies, Focus was able to minimize design time, maximize design quality and reduce construction costs.
