Kicking Horse Mountain Resort
Since 2002, Focus has been working with Kicking Horse Mountain Resort (KHMR) to develop a multi-purpose mountain resort community near Golden, BC. When completed, the development will feature a ski hill, golf course, hotels and single and multi-family residential developments.
To date, Focus has completed engineering design, construction management and legal surveys for community servicing infrastructure, and single- and multi-family residential development projects. Focus is also responsible for the preparation of disclosure documents, submission of subdivision applications, liaison with government agencies, coordination of sub-consultants, obtaining final subdivision approvals and coordination with KHMR legal counsel to review and process final plans and documents for Crown Land and Land Title registration.
Focus is updating the engineering information presented in the current Master Plan and conceptual design layouts, including sewer, water, stormwater, roads, geotechnical and hydrogeology.
