The Focus team possesses advanced technical expertise with a variety of mapping software applications, as well as experience with data conversion, spatial modeling, web map design, cartography and remote sensing.
Focus has developed and implemented Geographic Information Systems (GIS) on a number of software platforms for several client sectors, including municipal, provincial and federal government, oil and gas, urban development, forestry and emergency response, as well as for linear projects such as pipelines, fibre-optics and power transmission.
Focus has also developed software applications that provide a map-based internet GIS environment for data analysis. Such GIS mapping and development projects have provided analysis tools for land and resource management, municipal property maintenance and study and statistical analysis.
