Environmental Site Assessment

Most ventures, whether they are oil and gas-, infrastructure-, energy- or utility-based projects or real estate transitions, require some type of environmental assessment. Focus’ environmental specialists have the professional qualifications and expertise to assess and advise on the environmental implications of a wide variety of projects and help our clients make sound decisions.

Our team conducts phase I/stage I environmental site assessments (ESAs); phase II ESAs; detailed site assessments for vegetation, soils and wetlands; wildlife impact and fish habitat assessments and rare plant surveys, as well as biophysical and pre-disturbance assessments.

We monitor and manage our clients’ sites until they meet the required reclamation criteria. In addition, we prepare and submit all regulatory requirements and documents to achieve reclamation closure.
