Focus is committed to the protection of life, health and the environment: we recognize that all three are intertwined.

We regard safety as more than just a workplace concern; safety is a lifestyle responsibility.  When safety becomes a way of life, it is likely to be easily and consistently integrated with work – for the benefit of everyone involved. With this in mind, we have created and maintained a strong safety program, Focus on Safety, for our employees.   The program provides all employees with the resources necessary to be safe at work, at home and in their communities.

Focus demonstrated its commitment to health and the environment in 2004 with  the creation of the Focus Green Team. It is an established, employee-led and company-supported health and wellness program dedicated to education, inspiration and example with regard to personal and environmental well-being. By facilitating educational opportunities, promoting environmental awareness and coordinating initiatives that continually improve our understanding of health-, environment- and sustainability-related issues, the Green Team supports our efforts to be a responsible business.

Focus believes that responsible businesses set and meet high environmental standards. As part of our environmental initiative, Focus Corporation is committed to developing and applying effective methods and technologies for the elimination, reduction, collection, containment, recycling and disposal of materials that are of environmental concern.
