Focus Completes Acquisition of Sunbow Consulting

EDMONTON, ALBERTA-Focus Corporation is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously publicized acquisition of Sunbow Consulting Ltd. (Sunbow).

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Sunbow was established 30 years ago and is recognized as one of the leading engineering firms in the Calgary land development market. Sunbow has 70 employees; a solid client base and is currently providing engineering and legal survey services to numerous land development projects in and around the Calgary area.

Sunbow will join the Focus Alberta Engineering business unit and continue to serve their many clients in the greater Calgary market. With the addition of Sunbow, Focus now employs more than 750 people in Calgary.

Focus completed the necessary due diligence aspects of the acquisition with the support of its equity partner, KRG Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Denver, Colorado.
