Focus Appoints New President

EDMONTON, ALBERTA-John Holmlund, CEO of Focus Corporation (Focus) is pleased to
announce the appointment of John J.R. Murray as President.
In his new role with Focus, John will provide leadership and be responsible for
all aspects of the business, including the development and implementation of
the corporate strategic plan, as well as overseeing operational functions. He
will work closely with other members of the executive team and play an integral
role in business planning, new initiatives and future acquisitions and
partnerships. John will also act as Chief Safety Officer for Focus, and will be
responsible to oversee all aspects of the Corporate HSE program, including the
delegation of responsibilities to the Corporate HSE Facilitator.

Prior to joining Focus, John held the position as President, Regional Manager
and Director of CH2M HILL Canada Ltd., an engineering, construction and project
delivery firm with offices across Canada.
