Focus Awarded Highway Projects in Northwestern Alberta

EDMONTON, ALBERTA-Focus has been selected by Alberta Infrastructure and
Transportation to provide engineering and project management services to
upgrade highway infrastructure in northwestern Alberta.
Focus will be providing grade widening, granular base course, asphalt concrete
pavement, intersection improvements, roadside turnouts and related works for
upgrades to Highway 986 and Highway 688 in northwestern Alberta. Focus will be
responsible for implementing an engineering work plan that will identify the
engineering and technical tasks, resources, schedules and budgets as well as
coordinating and overseeing the delivery of technical services from
sub-consultants. Combined capital cost for these projects is approximately $45
Million.

The Focus offices in Grande Prairie and Peace River will be responsible to
coordinate the efforts of multi-disciplinary project teams and subconsultants
for the duration of these projects.
