Focus Closes Deal with The Cadastral Group

EDMONTON, ALBERTA-Focus Corporation (Focus) is pleased to announce The Cadastral
Group Inc. (Cadastral) has joined Focus.

With the addition of Cadastral's 240 employees, Focus is now the largest
provider of land surveying, mapping and related services in Western Canada.
Focus has more than 500 people, including more than 150 field crews serving the
oil and gas industry from offices located in Calgary, Edmonton, Medicine Hat,
Grande Prairie, Slave Lake, Fort McMurray, Regina and Fort St. John.
