Focus project quality management includes Quality Planning, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance. This concept addresses quality standards that are relevant to the project and how they should be satisfied, specific results monitoring to determine compliance to standards, identification of ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance, and evaluation of overall project performance.
