Scope
Focus is involved in a unique partnership with Terasen Waterworks to provide engineering and construction management services for the design, build, finance and operation of sewer infrastructure for the City of Langford on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Terasen has assembled a qualified team of wastewater professionals and consultants to develop a business model that is financially beneficial while maintaining and improving the sewer infrastructure needs of the community.

Focus is responsible for planning, legal survey, approvals, design, construction management and resident engineering for both the existing and future expansion of the sewer infrastructure.
