Scope
Focus provided project management, planning, legal survey, land administration, approvals, cost analysis, neighborhood drainage reports, water network analysis, and civil engineering design and construction management for all required infrastructure.

The Bear Mountain project, located on Vancouver Island, is one of British Columbia’s largest resort developments.

This project, scheduled to be completed by 2015, includes two 18 hole championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as over 4000 units of single family, multi–family and fractional ownership on approximately 1000 acres of land. The development also features a commercial village, which includes a hotel, restaurants and boutique shops.
