Focus has provided consulting and project management services to a number of large oil and gas projects, most notably in Africa. Our multi-disciplinary team includes engineers, planners, land management experts, database developers, land surveyors, GIS and mapping technicians as well as specialists in sociology, economics, human resources, gender awareness and environmental issues in developing countries. Focus team members are fluent in several languages. We have worked with major international funding institutions, such as the World Bank and the IMF, as well as private and public sector clients in Africa, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South America and the Caribbean.
