Based out of the Victoria, office Dale works with the Senior Management Team to ensure
proper engagement with Operations and Corporate Services with respect to strategic initiatives.
Dale has more than thirty years of progressive experience in engineering consulting, project
& business management, strategic planning, and business development. Dale joined Focus in 2001
and has been the catalyst for Focus' growth and expansion throughout the province of British Columbia.
Prior to his work at Focus, Dale held senior management positions with Reid Crowther and managed his
own consulting firm, Cedar Consultants.
