Paul is responsible for the overall management of the Alberta engineering market segment with a strong emphasis on growth/profitability, strategic planning, establishing objectives, quality assurance, implementation of prescribed corporation processes and controls and employee development. Paul ensures the coordinated delivery of engineering services within branch offices with respect to management of client services, preparation of proposals, budgets and schedules. Paul also works closely with other members of the executive team and plays an integral role in strategic planning and new initiatives.
