Santa’s Anonymous is an annual campaign devoted to bettering the lives of children by delivering the "spirit" of Christmas to less fortunate children'. Focus employees are very active with Santa's Anonymous and volunteer annually by donating, wrapping and delivering gifts. Thank you to all the Focus volunteers who contributed to local children – especially those who endured the frigid weather to deliver gifts this past Christmas!

Calgary Corporate Challenge is a volunteer-driven, Olympic-style event for Calgary's business community. Each September, employees, managers and volunteers participate in a variety of fun-filled athletic and non-athletic events. We had another great day out on the golf course for a very worthy cause. Focus along with our major sponsorship partners (Pioneer, MSL Land and Forzani’s) managed to raise $35,000 for the City of Calgary’s" Kids on Course" Program.
Focus team members worked as a multi-discipline team to provide municipal, bridge, geomatics and environment services. Every year Focus staff challenge each other to see which office can donate the most non-perishable food items to their local food bank. With everyone’s combined efforts, we contributed 5,799.70 pounds of food and raised $1,963.57 for our local food banks.
